The developers of Tentant Pro have created a page where you can see exactly how to close the year end in the application. From what I've seen on the page, the entire process looks complicated and requires additional knowledge.
I think you should visit the URL I mentioned to learn how to properly close the year end because if it gives you errors, then something is definitely wrong.
Propertyware locked us out of Tenant Pro. I am a small business owner and cannot conduct any business. What can I do? Everything is on Tenant Pro.

You have to contact them directly, because they're the only ones who have access to the users list and the portal access. If there is a misunderstanding, I am sure they will comply with your requests to give you access to your data or if you don't want to use them anymore, then simply request that your data to be exported to a format that you can use in another application.
How can I update the program? The old system has expired.

Tentant Pro's support has been discontinued. This means that you are not able to use it anymore and you can't purchase it. The new software is called Propertyware and it can be tested as a trial version using the available form on the official website. If you have questions about the Tenant Pro, use the following contact method to talk to the developers:
I am using Tenant PRO 7 and have set up 3 vendors. Have the one vendor but can't find the other 2. Can you help me find them?

Since there is no help information about the Tenant Pro on the official website, I recommend using the form submission feature to directly send this inquiry to the developers. Apps like these tend to be available only to customers, meaning that support is provided exclusively to the ones who buy it.
I would like to buy regulus software pro.
Please inform me for the cost.
thank you in advance
